Warranty:
All of our properties have a 90-day guarantee on mechanical, roof, and windows. Our guarantee does NOT include: damage by tenants, acts of god, or vandalism.
All of our properties have a tenant installed, have been mechanically approved, and professionally inspected by a licensed contractor.
Monthly payments will be wired to the lending institution of your choice starting 30-60 days after closing.
