I purchased 3 houses from KC Metro Homes, the first in 2012 and the other two shortly thereafter. I worked with Mark Edmondson who represented the properties honestly and prepared me for what I was getting. I felt that the properties were well priced and I am glad that I purchased them. I have found real estate investing to be rewarding and I have enjoyed owning the houses. Even with the ongoing investment I have made a profit and the houses have outperformed many of my other investments over the same time period. The houses also continue to appreciate in value.
