Mark Edmondson and Todd Crippen own a small real estate company that’s making a big impact by helping revitalize several area residential neighborhoods – and one historic downtown office building. Edmondson, president of KC Metro Homes LLC, and Crippen, his son-in-law and vice president, just moved the firm’s headquarters from the River Market to the historic Scarritt Building at 818 Grand Blvd.
