I recently purchased a property from KC Metro Homes and had a very positive experience. I have purchased from other turnkey companies in KCMO and there are a few things that sets KC Metro Homes apart: 1) Communications – KC Metro Homes is very responsive. I get answers on the same day or the next day. 2) Transparency – they are upfront. They will let you know what’s broken and if/when it will be addressed. 3) Sales contract – there are provisions in their sales contract on how they will address inspection issues that are favorable to the buyer. 4) Flexible – they will work with your schedule to close on the property. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase so far. Even though I’ve only known this company for a few months, I feel like KC Metro Homes is a company I can trust and rely on.
