When you purchase through KC Metro Homes, you have years of experience and expertise on your side.
Mark Edmondson has been involved in real estate investment for over 25 years. He began investing during his 25 year career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he last served as Vice-President of Fleet Services.
He then became a Financial Adviser at Bridge Financial, a firm specializing in investor loans. During his years there, he wrote over 250 loans to investors for all sizes of properties, local land development, a vacation condo project in Mexico and funding for two downtown Kansas City restaurants.
This experience has given him a solid foundation in the intricacies and options available for financing fix and flip properties. He himself, through a self-directed IRA, owns 35 rental properties.
In 2010, Mark founded KC Metro Homes, and has devoted himself to locating quality single-family homes, bringing them up-to-date with repairs, and offering them as turn-key rental property to national and international investors.
Through KC Metro Homes, Mark is helping other investors, both new and experienced, realize a secure financial future by selling only homes that he would himself be proud to add to his portfolio.
Mark is devoted to his church and family, including his wife of 35+ years, Cathy, and his 3 daughters.
